Why AMD Will not go bankrupt anytime soon

AMD is not going bancrupt soon; because the econimy is doing good, and also AMD rules the server market. AMD will have K8L that will cream intel for 3 years at least. intel does not have: an IMC, HyperTransport, or 2 way desktops in the near future. in 2002 amd did not have the server market, intel released Northwood and because of its high clockspeads it did better in the marketplace. in 2003 intel released Pentium 4 emergancy edition wich was to crash the second most important event in amd history the launch of the athlon 64 and the FX51 wich is an opteron 100 series. it established AMD's lead in desktop computing for the next 3 years, and set up the current state of market share of intel.

1:   the most important event was the opteron launch

K8L won't cream Intel. Actually, the reason Intel got ahead with Northwood is because it took AMD longer to make the transition to 130nm; AMD had been ahead of Intel in using copper interconnect technology in 2001.
